Pamela Stambaugh is founder and president of Accountability Pays, a
strategic management and executive coaching firm in San Diego since 1986
focused on transforming how leaders lead, at the executive team level.
She is also a licensed distributor of Harrison Assessments International,
which offers proven tools to assist in the selection, recruitment, and
development of employees.
Pamela holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and has over 20 years'
experience in strategic interventions and executive coaching, having worked
globally with senior executives including as a Vistage chair in San Diego
for 5 years. Pamela has co-authored two business books and has commenced
work on a third.
Pamela annually judges the International Collegiate Business Strategy
Competition, mentors USD MBA students, volunteers for the Jenna Druck
Foundation, is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth in San Diego
and a Corporate Member of and moderator for the MIT Enterprise Forum.
Past clients include Kodak, SKF, San Diego Home/Garden magazine, National
Court Reporters of America, Marble Institute of America, Drake Beam Morin,
