Keith L. Troutman joined Peterson &
Co., LLP in January 2003. Keith has
served and consulted with clients that
have consolidated tax return, international
compliance reporting, multistate, merger
and acquisition, S corporation, Limited
Liability Company, and individual tax
issues. He has advised clients in the
manufacturing, biotechnology, software,
medical device, financial institution,
and distribution industries.
Professional and Civic Activities:
He currently serves on the Board of
Directors for the Association of Latino
Professionals in Finance & Accounting
– San Diego Chapter, and the Association
for Corporate Growth (ACG). Keith played
professional baseball in the minor league
system
for the Pittsburgh Pirates. His passion
for the game has inspired him to volunteer
his time as a Field Director for Pony
Baseball in San Diego County. Keith
also is a member of the Texas State
Board
of Public Accountancy, California Board
of Accountancy, and the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants.
Business Experience:
Keith began his tax career as a Revenue
Officer with the Internal Revenue Service
in 1988 and worked for the service for
over five years. He has been a tax professional
in public accounting for over 9 years
and most recently practiced as a Tax
Manager for Deloitte & Touche in
San Diego, California.
Education:
Keith earned an MBA in accounting and
an undergraduate degree in General Business
from California State University –
Hayward. |
