Mark has experience in assisting clients to develop strategic initiatives for growth and/or the succession of their businesses inclusive of facilitating the raising of equity, sub debt and senior financing. Mark is also responsible for overall management of all aspects of client engagements including audits, reviews and compilations of annual financial statements, tax return preparation and tax advisory services, financial forecasts and budgeting. Mark graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting and minor in Psychology. Mark is a CPA (licensed in Ohio and California), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
