Dino D’Auria is a Senior Vice President and Division Manager for all business lending at San Diego National Bank.  His responsibilities include building and developing the Commercial, Community and SBA banking departments.  He is active on a day-to-day basis in creating solutions for financing challenges ranging in size from small facilities to newly formed sole-proprietorships up to and including large & complex credits to seasoned firms on the verge of going public.  In addition, as a member of the Bank’s Senior Management Team, Mr. D’Auria contributes to decisions regarding future business strategies and the setting of bank lending policies.

Mr. D’Auria brings 16 years’ experience in San Diego banking to his present position and is well known in the regional business community.  From 1997 to 2003, he was with Comerica/Imperial Bank, where he built a diversified portfolio of local middle market companies in a variety of industries including the defense contracting sector.  His experience includes working with senior management at The Titan Corporation to facilitate the bank support necessary to finance their rapid growth.  In addition, he provided financial support and advice to High Technology Solutions (HTS), Inc. in the period leading up to their successful acquisition by Wireless Facilities, Inc.  His interests are primarily in helping privately held companies achieve their growth goals.

Prior to Comerica/Imperial Bank, D’Auria held managerial and vice presidential positions with Wells Fargo bank for more than eight years.  

D’Auria served as past board president for the Association for Corporate Growth and was the former chair of the Junior Achievement board of directors.  He currently serves on the Board of Ashford University, a for-profit internet and land based university.  He received his MBA from the University of Southern California, and his bachelor’s degree California State University, Fullerton.
