Member Profiles Andrew Bacas Member, ACG San Diego Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. email:alan.baca@am.jll.com Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. as an Associate, Corporate Services, Mr. Bacas joined Key Principal Partners from ImageMax, Inc., a company he co-founded in 1996 where he was Vice Chairman and CEO. Prior to forming ImageMax, Mr. Bacas was a Vice President at the investment banking firm of Simmons & Company International where he completed debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to business school, Mr. Bacas served seven years as a flight officer in the U.S. Navy, flying the F-14A Tomcat. Mr. Bacas received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School where he was a Morgenthau Fellow. He also holds an M.S. in Accounting from New York University and a B.A. in Engineering and Applied Science from Yale University.
