Corbet Lancaster is the Vice President of Finance, Americas for ResMed and he has been with ResMed since 2002. Mr. Lancaster is currently responsible for all the financial and strategic operational activities
for the Americas region. Before joining ResMed, Mr. Lancaster served as Vice President of Finance of FutureTrade Technologies, Inc., a brokerage
trading and software development company. Prior to that, Mr. Lancaster served as the Director of Financial Reporting at CollegeClub.com, Inc.,
a marketing and media internet company. Mr. Lancaster also held several audit, tax and consulting positions at various financial services firms including Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Lancaster holds a BA in Business Economics from California State University, Fullerton, a MBA from Chapman University and has completed executive programs in financial management & negotiations, mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy from Stanford University, UCLA and University of Chicago, respectively.

Mr. Lancaster is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial
Executives International.
