John C. Henberger, Jr. has extensive
ownership and mid market merger & acquisition
experience in manufacturing, distribution,
and high technology firms including
systems integration. As an M&A advisor
he has developed additional expertise
in the wine industry and high end specialty
retail firms. Mr. Henberger has been
a successful business owner in the Southern
California area for over 35 years and
successfully founded, acquired, run
and sold a variety of businesses in
these fields.
Mr. Henberger is a Certified
Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).
He is active with several industry associations
including the Alliance for Corporate
Wealth, the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition
Advisors, and the Association for Corporate
Growth. Mr. Henberger is currently on
the Board of Directors for ACG as the
membership Chair and CABB (California
Association of Business Brokers) as
the M&A Chair. He is also a charter
member of the ACW (Alliance for Corporate
Wealth). Mr. Henberger has sat on the
board of directors for the Association
of High Technology Distribution (AHTD)
and on the board of advisors for IBM's
Manufacturing Systems Products Division.
Mr. Henberger was the Vendor Chairperson
for ITE 2000 (International Transportation
Engineers) National Convention and for
many years served a variety of roles
for the Scripps-Mercy Annual Golf Classic.
