Robert S. Zamarripa is the President and CEO of OneSource Distributors, a distributor of electrical and industrial automation products. Bob attended University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated in 1977 with a degree in Business Economics and Psychology. He and Paul Judge, Senior Vice President, founded OneSource Distributors in 1983. Bob has over 30 years hands-on experience in the industrial/electrical distribution industry in San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County.
Alan Rich is a partner in the North County business law firm of Alan Rich & Associates, APLC. The law firm was founded in 1972 and specializes in business transactions, M&A, strategic planning, human resources, real estate, international transactions and estate planning. Mr. Rich’s practice involves working with owners and management of privately owned businesses and has helped guide numerous clients through successful mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Rich received his undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic College, Pomona, and his law degree from U.C.L.A. He is a Certified Tax Specialist and a C.P.A.
Jeanne Montague has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as the sourcing of senior debt, subordinated debt and equity capital to finance acquisitions or growth capital needs. As the founder of Montague Partners in 1989 and later the co-founder of Comann & Montague in 1993, she has developed a nationwide practice that focuses on privately-held middle market companies to provide a level of creativity, professional experience and global perspective typically found only in much larger firms. During her investment banking career, she has led and completed over 75 transactions ranging from $10 million to over $250 million in deal size. Ms. Montague received her BA in International Relations from Connecticut College in New London and her MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University, Graduate School of Business in New York.
David Kuhner is the managing partner as well as a founding partner of Eichstaedt & Devereaux, LLP located in San Francisco. David earned a B.S. in Economics, St. Mary’s College a Doctor of Jurisprudence, Golden Gate University and is a CPA and a member of the California Bar.
